The process was good and the team was awesome.
Loan process was quick and painless
Overall the process went pretty well and smooth. When arriving at the title company for closing we were told two forms of ID were required and it would’ve been nice to know this before we got there. Christine was very helpful from the beginning but speaks very fast Which could lead to some misunderstanding. All closing estimates were accurately depicted when it came to getting the actuals. Michele was very helpful as well to make sure we had all the documentation in place.
Christine and her team were outstanding! The attention to detail was incredible and she went way above and beyond when it came to closing time. Christine personally delivered a binder with all of our important documents to the closing and ensured everything went smoothly. Highly recommend! 12/10 stars!
